Our vision is to be a central IPAC resource for the various professionals who support our Congregate Living Settings (CLSs) in KW4 and CND. Alongside our regional partners, we aim to empower and inform professionals in all CLSs so that they can tailor IPAC best practices to suit their needs; supporting them to build confidence and ultimately independence.
Sebrina is an Infection Control Practitioner with Cambridge Memorial Hospital and has been part of the Cambridge North Dumfries (CND) IPAC Hub since October ‘22.
She graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Conestoga College in 2016 and then bridged to the Registered Nursing program at McMaster University before graduating in December 2019. During this time, she worked as a Registered Practical Nurse for 3 years in long-term care on both dementia and palliative care units. After graduating from the BScN program, she worked as a Registered Nurse in a travel clinic, methadone clinic, and most recently as a Public Health Nurse on the COVID-19 team as a case investigator, investigation/outbreak team coordinator, and vaccine clinic draw-up lead.
Sebrina obtained her CIC in January 2024.

Angela (who also goes by Angel) is an Infection Control Practitioner with the Cambridge-North Dumfries IPAC Hub, through Cambridge Memorial Hospital. She joined CMH in 2021 at the Covid-19 Testing & Assessment Centre during the surge of the Omicron variant, providing front line nursing care to many of our community members.
During the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, she worked at a local Retirement Home as the Director of Health and Wellness, ensuring that an exceptional level of care to residents continued during unprecedented times.
Angel is a Registered Practical Nurse with over a decade of nursing experience in a variety of settings; with a specialized focus on infection prevention and control throughout her career, which was inspired by assisting in her first influenza vaccination clinic in 2015/2016.
Angel obtained her CIC in December 2024.

Bois is an IPAC Specialist at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN). Bois is an experienced public health and infection control professional and prior to joining WRHN, he has worked at Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS), Public Health Ontario (PHO) and a number of international organizations including CDC and WHO. He has a Master of Science degree from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, UK and a Medical Degree from Samarkand State Medical Institute in Uzbekistan. He is a strong advocate of using data for decision making in healthcare and improving IPAC in non-acute care sector. He holds Certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology (CIC) since 2014.
